Sleeping arrangements, pools and celebration rules
Maximum sleeping capacity may include extra beds or shared-space sleeping. Partial Castillo bookings share pool areas; the full estate reserves the estate for your group. Review the exact layout before choosing.
Celebrations require prior approval of the plan and total attendance. The nighttime noise limit is 65 decibels from 10 PM to 8 AM. One-night celebrations are very limited, require approval and a US$1,500 security deposit.

For a smaller leadership team, Villa La Perla offers four bedrooms and accommodates up to 16 guests. Villa Marena and Villa Vista Real each have four bedrooms, while Dos Villas combines eight bedrooms across two neighboring homes. Is Wi-Fi reliable enough for presentations and video calls?
Yes. All villas have high-speed fiber internet. For large groups with heavy usage, we can arrange WiFi boosters and dedicated bandwidth to ensure seamless video conferencing throughout your stay.
Can we get an invoice for corporate reimbursement?
Absolutely. We issue formal invoices for all corporate bookings, broken down by category (accommodation, catering, services) to facilitate expense reporting. We also provide group contracts and NDAs on request.

How far in advance should we book?

Our villas are one row back from the ocean, rather than directly on the sand. This setting brings more tropical greenery and a calmer environment, with the beach a short walk away.
Celebrations by approval
Parties and celebrations are welcome with prior approval. Playacar’s nighttime noise limit is 65 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Every celebration requires approval, and any request beyond a villa’s maximum sleeping capacity must be approved in advance. One-night celebrations are very limited and require a US$1,500 security deposit.
Deposit or liability waiver
Every stay requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable liability-waiver fee. The waiver applies only up to its defined coverage limit and subject to its terms. Confirm the applicable amount, coverage and exclusions before booking.
Cancellation grace period
A 100% refund is available within 24 hours of booking. This grace period does not apply to last-minute bookings made 14 days or less before check-in. Review the full cancellation terms for your reservation before confirming.
