Sleeping arrangements, pools and celebration rules
Maximum sleeping capacity may include extra beds or shared-space sleeping. Partial Castillo bookings share pool areas; the full estate reserves the estate for your group. Review the exact layout before choosing.
Celebrations require prior approval of the plan and total attendance. The nighttime noise limit is 65 decibels from 10 PM to 8 AM. One-night celebrations are very limited, require approval and a US$1,500 security deposit.

Book early. This cannot be overstated. December in Playa del Carmen — especially the week of Christmas and New Year’s — is the most in-demand period of the year. Our villas typically book out for Christmas week 3–6 months in advance. If you’re planning a December trip, start planning in the summer at the latest.
