Villa Castillo 1-C: a three-bedroom penthouse stay
Castillo 1-C is the third-floor apartment within Castillo 1, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living room. One bathroom is en suite. It is more comfortable for six guests and sleeps a maximum of nine. Access is by stairs, with no elevator. Children are welcome; consider your group’s stair needs before booking.
The courtyard swimming pool and rooftop plunge-pool areas are shared with the complex. This booking does not include the lower floors or exclusive use of the pools.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk to the beach, Cozumel ferry, shopping, restaurants, 5th ave and more. We have a BBQ, Pool, and you will be on the top floor of the building. Beautiful views from the kitchen/living area and also the roof!

This is a treetop apartment with full kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which one is ensuite. There is TV with all live channels around the world including PPV and premium channels, as well as Netflix and other streaming services.

Guests are welcome to the rooftop which has a plunge pool and ocean views (shared with the complex), and the central courtyard with a swimming pool shared with the other 5 apartments.

This is on the 3rd floor and we do not have an elevator.

Celebrations by approval
Parties and celebrations are welcome with prior approval. Playacar’s nighttime noise limit is 65 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Every celebration requires approval, and any request beyond a villa’s maximum sleeping capacity must be approved in advance. One-night celebrations are very limited and require a US$1,500 security deposit.
Deposit or liability waiver
Every stay requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable liability-waiver fee. The waiver applies only up to its defined coverage limit and subject to its terms. Confirm the applicable amount, coverage and exclusions before booking.
Cancellation grace period
A 100% refund is available within 24 hours of booking. This grace period does not apply to last-minute bookings made 14 days or less before check-in. Review the full cancellation terms for your reservation before confirming.
