THE LAYOUT
Big Castillo is two connected “Castillos” (castles). Each tower has 3 levels with the same floor plan: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and wrap-around balconies. One tower has an unheated rooftop jacuzzi; the in-ground pool sits at the front of the house. Photos show all 6 kitchens, all living rooms, and every bedroom.

PRIME LOCATION
Playacar Phase 1 is a gated residential neighborhood near the beach, with shaded streets and 24-hour security. You are a 1-minute walk from Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) and Paseo del Carmen, the open-air mall with waterfalls, shade trees, Starbucks, Zara, and H&M. Nightlife runs along 5th Avenue at Calle 12 and beyond. Coco Bongo is about a 15-minute walk.
