Celebrations by approval
Parties and celebrations are welcome with prior approval. Playacar’s nighttime noise limit is 65 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Every celebration requires approval, and any request beyond a villa’s maximum sleeping capacity must be approved in advance. One-night celebrations are very limited and require a US$1,500 security deposit.
Deposit or liability waiver
Standard stays: US$1,500 refundable security deposit or US$59 non-refundable liability waiver. Confirm waiver coverage and celebration-specific terms before booking.
The waiver applies only up to its defined coverage limit and subject to its terms. Confirm coverage and exclusions before booking.
Cancellation grace period
A 100% refund is available within 24 hours of booking. This grace period does not apply to last-minute bookings made 14 days or less before check-in. Review the full cancellation terms for your reservation before confirming.
