The main living area opens toward a sunlit terrace and garden. A large sofa, dining area and equipped kitchen give the group space to gather, while the bedrooms provide private places to recharge. Celebrations by approval
Parties and celebrations are welcome with prior approval. Playacar’s nighttime noise limit is 65 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Every celebration requires approval, and any request beyond a villa’s maximum sleeping capacity must be approved in advance. One-night celebrations are very limited and require a US$1,500 security deposit.
Deposit or liability waiver
Every stay requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable liability-waiver fee. The waiver applies only up to its defined coverage limit and subject to its terms. Confirm the applicable amount, coverage and exclusions before booking.
Cancellation grace period
A 100% refund is available within 24 hours of booking. This grace period does not apply to last-minute bookings made 14 days or less before check-in. Review the full cancellation terms for your reservation before confirming.
