Majestic home in exclusive Fase 1 Playacar. This is one of 2 “Castillos” on the property. Reserve both for larger parties up to 50.
Prime location situated at the entrance of Fase 1, you are walking distance to everything. The beach is just 150 meters away, 5th Ave is around the corner and you have a little ocean view from the rooftop where you will find also a jacuzzi (sun heated only) and seating area.

Walk out of your ground floor livingroom and step right into the front yard pool. This pool is shared with the other Castillo. Outdoor shower to clean the beach sand from your feet and body.

The house is 3 levels. Each level consists of 1 kitchen and living area and 3 bedrooms. Open concept and open air architecture provides a tropical breeze throughout the entire house.

24 hour security is just across the street and it is a gated community, so it is in an ultra safe area.

Book early as we also rent the house out to smaller parties. So one small reservation can block out your chance at reserving the entire villa.
If you would like to bring a pet, just please note that it is an extra fee. It is a 33% refundable charge, $30 per pet per night ($10 refundable deposit and $20 fee). This is a separate charge from the reservation that you will need to ask for after you reserve.

Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to order groceries from Chedraui’s website before you arrive so that you will have everything you need when you check in.

We do provide hand soap and dish soap with sponges and towels, also shampoo in the showers with a beach towel and bath towel for each guest!

Other things to note 
Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to make a shopping run for groceries at Chedraui’s or Walmart. Its an easy 2 minute cab ride.
We do provide hand soap and dish soap with sponges and towels, also shampoo in the showers with a beach towel and bath towel for each guest.

*All properties require a security deposit payment after the reservation ($1500usd). This can be made by a full refundable payment of the deposit, or by paying for a nonrefundable insurance policy. ($59usd) This transaction takes place after a reservation has been confirmed and paid and will be separate from the reservation payment.

*At Los Castillos, our cancellation policy offers a 100% refund for cancellations made 12 months prior to the reservation date, a 75% refund for cancellations made 9-12 months prior, a 50% refund for cancellations made 6-9 months prior, and a 25% refund for cancellations made 3-6 months prior. Please note that cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the reservation date are non-refundable. Our policy reflects our commitment to accommodating large groups, who typically plan their reservations far in advance.
