Villa Marena is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation rental with a private pool in Playa del Carmen’s gated Playacar Phase 1 neighborhood.
The villa is designed for groups who want generous gathering space, private bedrooms and easy access to both the beach and downtown. Guests can walk to Playacar beach in about a minute and continue to Fifth Avenue for restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Villa Marena gives guests a quieter residential base without separating them from Playa del Carmen. Playacar beach, Fifth Avenue, restaurants and central attractions are all close by, and taxis are readily available for trips farther into the Riviera Maya.
Local Guest Support
Guests have use of the entire villa except the utility room and service stairs. Kim manages reservations and Danny leads the local team after check-in. We can also help arrange grocery delivery, chefs, excursions and other services before the stay.

Our villas are one row back from the ocean, rather than directly on the sand. This setting brings more tropical greenery and a calmer environment, with the beach a short walk away.
Celebrations by approval
Parties and celebrations are welcome with prior approval. Playacar’s nighttime noise limit is 65 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Every celebration requires approval, and any request beyond a villa’s maximum sleeping capacity must be approved in advance. One-night celebrations are very limited and require a US$1,500 security deposit.
Deposit or liability waiver
Every stay requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable liability-waiver fee. The waiver applies only up to its defined coverage limit and subject to its terms. Confirm the applicable amount, coverage and exclusions before booking.
Cancellation grace period
A 100% refund is available within 24 hours of booking. This grace period does not apply to last-minute bookings made 14 days or less before check-in. Review the full cancellation terms for your reservation before confirming.
